Here at Terra Soleil we want to bring a sense of magic and earthly tranquility to your home. We've been featured in the Washington Square News, Elle, the Independent, Refinery29, and Cosmopolitan Magazine. When you make a purchase from Terra Soleil, you're supporting a small, one-woman business.
The founder and creative director of this brand is Annalise Dragonetti. She started out by selling on Etsy, then used the platform to grow and expand her business. She earned a bachelor’s degree from NYU and currently lives in Hawai’i.
Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@terrasoleil.com. Rest assured that this is a small business, and we're always more than happy to help you in any way possible.
All return requests must be received within 2 days of delivery.
All exchange requests must be received within 7 days of delivery.
All cancellation requests must be received within 1 hour of placing your order.
Forced returns without prior approval will be returned to sender.  To ensure this doesn't happen, just keep us in the loop! All approved returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of approval. After this time, you will no longer be eligible for a refund and the package will be returned to sender.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification and a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, you will first receive a notification that we have received your returned item. We will then begin to process your exchange. Please refer to our standard processing and shipment times for an estimate of when you will receive the new item.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. At this time, we only accept returns if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Returns due to product dissatisfaction are not accepted since many of our items are crafted especially for you, are deemed final sale, or are ineligible for return. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policies.

Additional Information
Please confirm the accuracy of your address entered at checkout and email us immediately if the address is incorrect. We will do our very best to make changes but cannot guarantee that any address change requests will be seen before your package is shipped. We are unable to redirect packages or refund orders shipped to the incorrect address.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 
We adhere to standard US sizing for rings. If you have ordered a ring that doesn't fit, please contact us to initiate an exchange for the proper size.
